- That the UN Global Compact’s Ten Principles are actively implemented in practice – including respect for human rights, labor rights, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.
- That suppliers actively contribute to the achievement of the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals, where relevant and feasible.
- That suppliers are certified according to ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environment) – or are open to audits and cooperation on continuous improvements.
- That suppliers pass on the same standards and expectations contained in this Code of Conduct to their own sub-suppliers.
