New structure in 2026

Dear Customers, Suppliers, and Partners,

Happy New Year!

First and foremost, thank you for your partnership in 2025. It was an incredibly busy year, and thanks to your support, Acoplastic has once again achieved a record-breaking year in revenue.

To prepare for future growth – both organic and through acquisitions – we are restructuring our organization. We will be dividing the group into two units: an operating division (the Acoplastic you know today) and a property company to manage our rental activities.

As a result, all operating activities will be transferred to a new legal entity. This entity will still operate under the name Acoplastic A/S.

Please note that nothing else changes; all existing contracts will simply be transferred to the new registration (VAT) number.

You will receive a formal letter with specific details regarding this transition shortly.
