New VAT number at Acoplastic 

The management of Acoplastic has long desired to legally separate our old premises (currently being rented out) from our ordinary business operations. This is due to our wish to focus solely on our core operating activities, which are progressing rapidly, and less on our property business. 

In accordance with Danish regulations our property business must retain the present company registration number (VAT no.). Consequently, we are required to transfer all our operating activities to a new legal entity, thus also a new VAT no. The new legal entity will continue under the name; Acoplastic A/S, on completely unchanged conditions. Accordingly, all existing agreements, orders, liabilities, and receivables with your company will be transferred to this new entity. 

The new VAT no. is DK46326032 and will take effect on Monday, 16 March. From this date, Acoplastic will deliver and invoice under this new VAT no. 

All existing agreements will continue unchanged under the new VAT no.
All current orders will be delivered and invoiced under the new VAT no.
All new orders will be confirmed under the new VAT no.
All outstanding invoices should be paid as usual to our existing bank accounts, which remain unchanged.

 

We understand that it may take some time to register the necessary changes in your systems (such as creating a new supplier account and transferring existing orders). To avoid potential administrative challenges during this transition, we have chosen not to confirm deliveries scheduled for week 12.

If you have open orders scheduled for delivery after 16 March, we kindly ask you to send us a written confirmation by email to info@acoplastic.dk as soon as you are ready to receive deliveries under the new VAT number. Please note that we will not begin dispatching deliveries until we have received confirmation from you that your systems are ready.

If you change your order number or order reference, please send us new orders with a clear reference to the original order (to avoid duplicate orders). Orders should, as always, be sent to orders@acoplastic.dk, after which we will confirm the new orders.
