Kirk Plast Complete A/S Strengthens Its Board of Directors with New Appointments

At Kirk Plast Complete A/S, we are committed to continuously developing our business, creating value for our customers, and building a strong foundation for the future. We are therefore pleased to share important news following this year’s Annual General Meeting.

At the Annual General Meeting held on 25 June 2026 in Thisted, Thomas Hagger Kirk and Jens Mortensen were elected to the company’s Board of Directors.

Thomas Hagger Kirk, Sales Manager at EDECO TOOL ApS, brings extensive experience in sales, business development, and marketing. His strong commercial expertise will be a valuable asset in supporting the continued growth and development of Kirk Plast Complete A/S.

Jens Mortensen, Head of Business Development at Thy Erhverv, has also joined the Board of Directors. With many years of experience in the plastics industry and in-depth expertise in regional business development, he contributes valuable industry knowledge and a strong strategic perspective.

At the same time, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to Ann-Dorthe Bjerregaard Skammelsen and Trygve Kalf Hansen, who are stepping down from the Board. Through their commitment and dedicated service, they have made significant contributions to the company’s development. We thank them for their valuable efforts and unwavering dedication.

We look forward to working with our new Board members and to continuing the development of Kirk Plast Complete A/S as a strong and innovative partner for our customers and business partners.
