Our customer is a globally respected SME. A supplier of precision machined parts, fittings and special high pressure valve solutions to multiple industry sectors.

They are based in Scandinavia and serve more than 400 customers in 70 different countries worldwide.

Our customer’s clients are found among internationally well-known brands as well as smaller OEM’s mainly in Europe.

THE CHALLENGE

Our customer is an SME who is dependent on having a strong value network through their supply chain. It is therefore key for our customer to have a supplier network that masters various production technologies and covers support in the full life cycle of the product lifetime. They were looking for suppliers that could provide both machined and injection molded high performance plastic solutions and support from early co-development, through prototyping, to full scale production. 

Key challenge was to find the right supplier(s) that can provide an SME both machined and injection molded high performance plastic solutions throughout the full product life cycle.

SOLUTION AND BENEFITS

Solution: Kirk Plast Complete and Acoplastic joined forces back in 2023 and now supply a complete range of customized injection molded and machined plastic solutions. In this way we have developed a setup to service both high and lower volume business, enabling the customer to decide where to best place the business.
