Acoplastic Holding ApS buys 51% of the shares in Kirk Plast Complete A/S

Acoplastic Holding ApS, which through its subsidiary Acoplastic A/S in Espergærde supplies advanced solutions in PTFE and other high-performance plastics to leading industrial companies, is now expanding its solution models for customers with investments in the injection molding company Kirk Plast Complete A/S.

Kirk Plast Complete A/S in Thisted designs solutions, develops prototypes, manufactures tools and produces injection molded parts in close cooperation with its customers. The injection molding company specializes in developing complete solutions, among other things within the pharmaceutical industry, technical articles, agricultural equipment and defense and maritime components. They are with you all the way from the customer’s idea to the finished product.

Kirk Plast Complete A/S thus offers high expertise within product development and tool manufacturing. The company has its own high-tech processing center and here molding tools are manufactured for use in Kirk Plast Complete A/S’ own mold system, which has been developed over many years, with a high shot guarantee. The production of complete mold tools is also offered, where there is a focus on surface quality and complex results in previous solutions.
