Technical Project Manager specialising in Machining and Metrology wanted for Acoplastic A/S

Do you want to be the person who transforms the customer’s drawing into a finished product?

At Acoplastic A/S, we are looking for an experienced and highly skilled employee who can take responsibility for the entire process – from the moment an order is handed over by the Sales Department until the finished component has been manufactured and quality assured.

We are looking for someone who thrives on technology, planning and responsibility, and who sees solutions rather than limitations.

About Acoplastic

Acoplastic A/S manufactures critical machined components in PTFE and other high-performance plastic materials for customers with demanding requirements for quality, documentation and traceability.

We have our own raw material production and manufacture our own semi-finished products – tubes, rods and sheets – for further machining on our modern CNC machines. Our production ranges from single-piece manufacturing to large production runs, and every day we work to deliver solutions of the highest quality.

At the same time, we take our environmental responsibility seriously and are committed to reducing our climate footprint through energy savings, recycling and the continuous optimisation of our processes.

Your responsibilities

You will be the link between Sales and Production and will be responsible for ensuring that new projects are carried out efficiently and to the required quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing customer drawings and converting them into production-ready solutions
  • Planning and managing projects throughout production
  • Creating and optimising CNC programs in Mastercam
  • Programming and operating measuring equipment, including 3D measuring machines
  • Creating production routings and bills of materials
  • Ensuring technical documentation and quality
  • Acting as the technical sparring partner for both Production and, when necessary, the customer
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and developing new solutions

We imagine that you

You have a solid technical background as, for example:

  • Industrial Technician
  • Machinist
  • Toolmaker or similar,

supplemented by a qualification as a Production Technologist or equivalent experience.

In addition, we value that you:

  • Have extensive experience with CNC machining
  • Have a strong understanding of technical drawings
  • Are highly proficient in Mastercam
  • Have experience programming measuring equipment, preferably including 3D measuring machines
  • Have experience with project management or managing production processes
  • Have experience creating production routings and bills of materials
  • Have a good knowledge of plastic materials, preferably high-performance plastics
  • Preferably have experience from the plastics machining industry
  • Work in a structured manner, take responsibility and maintain an overview

Above all, we are looking for someone who can look beyond the individual machine and take responsibility for the entire project. You must be able to see the connection between design, machining, quality and delivery – and be the person who brings all the pieces together.

We offer

At Acoplastic, you will become part of a growing company with a high level of technical expertise and short decision-making processes.

Among other things, we offer:

  • A key position with significant influence on daily production
  • Exciting technical challenges and a high degree of variety in your work
  • Salary based on qualifications, including a pension scheme
  • Health insurance
  • A positive working environment with approximately 60 dedicated colleagues
  • A company focused on quality, innovation and sustainability
  • Excellent opportunities for professional and personal development
  • An active staff association

The position is available as soon as possible, although we are naturally willing to wait for the right candidate.
